Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides comprehensive respiratory care across acute, emergency, and critical care settings, supporting patient recovery and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Compensation up to $88,000 per year with relocation assistance available.
Key Responsibilities:Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator support
Perform patient assessments, monitor respiratory status, and respond to changes in condition
Manage mechanical ventilators and assist with airway management
Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results
Provide emergency respiratory care in ER and ICU settings
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Active Arizona Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility
BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS certification
Acute care experience
Emergency room (ER) and intensive care unit (ICU) support
Experience with mechanical ventilation and airway management
Proficiency in arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis
Familiarity with critical access hospital environments
